Refund/Exchange Policy

The Gap Guard does carry a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the product, return it within 30 days of receiving and we will refund the purchase amount. 30-Day Warranty

All products carry a 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing for 30 days from the date the order is shipped. This warranty covers replacement of the product, which is determined by availability. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs in shipping returns to us. We will assume the cost in shipping back merchandise to the customer if it is exchanged under our warranty policy. All products are shipped USPS unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment. See our shipping costs by clicking here.

Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact customer service by sending an email to info@getgapguard.com. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to cancellation of your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been processed and charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email), and your order has not been processed or shipped out, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was processed and shipped, the order will be considered process and can only be exchanged up to 30 days following the purchase.

Out of Stock Policy

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate with sales demand and our ordering of the stock from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We reply via email and let you know that there will be a delay in the fulfillment of your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. We will ship the items as soon as they are in-stock and available for delivery. Orders will be fulfilled in the order we received them. And again, most items will ship within 2 weeks.
